Assistant professor initiative (API)
The Assistant Professor Initiative (API) will not be offered during the 2002-2003 Academic Year.
When the API was first initiated, 3 years ago, the Academic Senate limited this initiative to two years (later continued for a third year), after which an evaluation of the effectiveness of this program would have to be carried out. This evaluation will be conducted during the 2002-03 academic year, after which a decision will be made whether to again offer this funding opportunity.
The results of the COR/Academic Senate review of the API program and the decision as to whether or not it will be continued in future years will be announced..
FACULTY GRANTS PROGRAM
The 2003-2004 Faculty Grants Program call for proposals will take place from December 1 through February 6, 2003. This year, COR will only accept applications submitted online. Our online application has been restructured and simplified, making the submission process quick and easy. All eligible senate faculty will receive an email announcing the call for proposals, as well as a direct link to the application website.
